Software written by hospitality operators,
for hospitality operators.
The Binary Brain Network is the software division of The Big Brand Network — a Mumbai-registered, trademark-owned brand ecosystem. We build focused, single-purpose systems for Indian hotels, restaurants and service businesses that are tired of renting software forever.
Three generations of hospitality.
One software team.
TBN didn't start in a garage or a hackathon. It started at a hotel front desk, watching room-service orders get lost between a scribbled slip and a bill that was never printed.
Our family has been in Indian hospitality for three generations — running properties, running kitchens, running the numbers at the end of the night. Somewhere along the way we became technologists too. And what we saw everywhere was the same trap: the software our own operators used was excellent at the front-of-house, silent about everything else, and structured around whoever held the data.
So we built our own. Folio was the first — the room-service billing layer our own hotels needed. Pass followed, because our restaurants needed the same thing. Hotel Management System is next, because the whole front-of-house should sit natively next to the kitchen and the tab.
Every product in the roster follows the same logic: solve one gap fully, build for the floor not the boardroom, price to close not to impress. And ship it running under real operating conditions before anyone else ever sees it.
Built in public. Shipped on time.
The Big Brand Network founded
TBBN starts as a full-service brand and creative agency in Mumbai, working with hospitality, F&B and consumer brands.
TBBN trademark registered · MSME certified
Trademark No. 5914203 registered under The Big Brand Network. UDYAM-MH-18-0252031 recognition granted.
The Binary Brain Network division formed
TBN is spun up as TBBN's software arm to solve the operational gaps we kept encountering inside our own hospitality clients — starting with room-service billing.
Folio live in production, Mumbai · Pass enters trials
Folio deployed at a 34-room hotel near Jogeshwari/Andheri — running every in-room order, dues and bill. Pass rolls into restaurant trials across Indian F&B outlets. Hotel Management System enters development.
Six systems, one operating logic
Guest House & Lodging, Agency & Production Workflow, HR & Employee Management, and Psychology & Online Therapy — each shipped only after real operators have used it and asked for it.
Narrow scope. Real users. No bloat.
Every system in the roster follows the same build logic — three principles that keep the software sharp instead of sprawling.
Solve one gap, fully
Folio doesn't replace your hotel management system — it fills the exact gap that one leaves open. Every product targets a single, specific operational hole, solved completely.
Built for the floor, not the boardroom
The person using this software daily is rarely the person who bought it. We design for the staff member at 11pm with a queue of orders — not the slide deck.
Priced to close, not to impress
Flat annual licensing, no hidden tiers, no per-seat traps. A hotel or restaurant knows exactly what it pays before it signs — and what it gets for it.
