Built the way three generations of
hospitality would have wanted it.
Pass wasn't sketched on a whiteboard by product managers who had never sent a KOT to a kitchen. Our family has been in Indian hospitality for three generations — running properties, running kitchens, running the numbers at the end of the night.
Somewhere along the way we became technologists too. And what we saw everywhere was the same trap: restaurants paying rent forever to cloud POS software that fell over the moment the internet did, held their data hostage, and shipped features no one on the floor had asked for.
Pass is the opposite of that. Offline-first, staff-first, owner-honest, and priced as a flat one-year license instead of a bill that never stops. Every feature was requested by an operator, printed to a real thermal printer, and stress-tested against the kind of shift where nothing goes right and the software still has to.
